My book, Resilience: The Life and Grand Canyon Art of Curt Walters was printed in Padua, Italy, and I was able to be there to experience the excitement of seeing my new book in physical format. Afterwards, Tom and I took some time and explored many cities and sites in Northern Italy and Croatia. I discovered the amazing Luigi Marzoli Arms and Armor Museum in Brescia, Italy. The wonderful staff let me spend the day inside, albeit in a small corner, and paint part of their collection of impressive 16th century knights. What a treat! Most of the armor museums I have visited would not let me paint on site.
