One of the great opportunities afforded to me by living in Sedona is the short drive from my home to Grand Canyon. Days of extreme winter weather seem to entice me to the canyon’s edge. All alone, enveloped in the silence of a fresh snow at the Canyon’s rim is a unique moment of possession, where it seems I am the only one in the presence of the beauty and the quiet of the Canyon.
