Thunderous Resound: Plateau Point

The inspiration for this large studio painting came from a 2018 inner Grand Canyon hike down Bright Angel Trail to Plateau Point. While on the edge of the canyon, Curt captured a beautiful rising thunderstorm and visual moments of that day created the moment in and time through oil paint.
