I was on a painting trip in Monterey, California, I was up early which is not common for me and headed out for coffee in Pacific Grove. As I left the coffee shop I was greeted with this great view of the Monterey Bay below me with a lonely and interesting fishing boat. I stopped to capture the moment on canvas and returned to the shop for another coffee.
